Favorite work out moves

Here are some of my favorite work out moves. I like to do high intense cardio, it burns fat and gets your metabolism and heart rate going.

Burpee (essential to any cardio routine)
A. Start in a squatted position hands on the floor
B. Jump your feet back into a plank position, be sure to tighten your abs and keep shoulders over hands
C. Jump back into the squatted position
D. Jump straight into the air, hands reaching for the sky... Reapeat!

- Modified burpee: Instead of jumping to positions B and C walk your feet in and out.
- Up the ante burpee: While in step B do a push-up, then continue with the rest of the steps
- Weighted burpee: Use dumb-bells when doing your burpees. You can use any weight from 2-10 lbs!

Mountain Climbers
A. Start in plank position 
B. Bring knees to chest alternating your legs (the faster you go the harder it becomes, but make sure to keep good form!!)

Jump Squat
A. Start standing with knees slightly bent
B. Squat low and keep back straight, abs tight.
C. Jump from squat and when you land make sure its soft. Land back in your squat!!! 
*You can add weights for a more intense workout (watch your form)
