A better version of you (pt. 1)

It's a new year, time to refresh your life. There are multiple things you can do everyday in order to create an overall better version of yourself.

 1. Get fit

Fitness does not discriminate. Anyone, anywhere, anytime can be fit. Being fit is NOT about being skinny, but rather it's about being healthy. A healthy lifestyle includes: working out, eating right, and making a conscious decision to stay on the right path for your body. It's easy to cheat, easy to lie to yourself, and easy to skip workouts. It's not easy to always work out after that long day of work, or choose an apple over a bag of chips, but doing what's not easy creates that amazing feeling of accomplishment and self worth. It's that extra push inside you when you chose to do right for you body rather then wrong and it makes you a stronger person physically and mentally. The way you feel after a workout or after you say no to a cookie makes it all worth it. You're not only creating a better body, but more importantly creating a better soul.
